Our outdoor dining area comfortably accommodates between 30 to 50 guests, making it an ideal setting for intimate gatherings, celebrations, and small events. One of the unique advantages of our venue is that it’s located within a charming boutique hotel and Airbnb property, which offers overnight accommodations for up to 32 guests across eight individually styled suites. This creates a seamless experience for out-of-town visitors or multi-day events. For larger occasions, when the entire property is rented, our venue can host up to 120 guests for parties and receptions. In such cases, we recommend the use of an event tent to ensure comfort and weather protection, especially for formal or weather-sensitive setups. Please know that the photos are examples of what other renters has done with the property. And that tables linens and anything else in the pictures does not come with rental of space. Our standalone restaurant is part of this historic hotel, nestled in the heart of downtown Sanford, Florida’s historic district. The property exudes a relaxed, botanical cottage ambiance that blends old-world charm with lush, garden-inspired aesthetics. Even in the event of rain, guests can enjoy the outdoor dining experience thanks to our primary seating area, which features a transparent, covered roof that maintains the open-air feel while providing shelter from the elements. Additionally, we offer flexibility for external catering. Our fully equipped kitchen is available to rent as a commissary kitchen, allowing outside catering teams to prepare and serve food on-site with ease.
